The Flyers looked very good last year when the coronavirus pause hit. Now, the Flyers are looking to build off of that success and it is a distinct possibility here. The offense for Philadelphia last year put in 3.29 goals per game and converted on the power play at 20.8%. Defensively the Flyers allowed 2.77 goals per game, but ended up killing off 81.8% of the power plays.
Claude Giroux and Sean Couturier are coming back to the Flyers to anchor the line. However, the Flyers are also getting a big time player in Jakub Voracek back as well.
