Both teams have been up and down this season but for UCLA this season has been more down then up. I had one of my first bets this year fading UCLA at Cincinnati and I got a nice start to my season and after that game the Bruins went on to lose 5 of their next 6 games. Losses to Oregon State and San Diego State were hard for the program to swallow.
UCLA then seemed to wake up getting wins over Stanford and Arizona State and even Colorado but then last week hit a team in Utah trying to impress the playoff committee and they got hit and hit hard losing in a game we cashed on 49-3. UCLA’s coach Chip Kelly comes in on the hot seat something he has been used to over the years.

UCLA needs to win out to make a bowl appearance which seems unlikely. USC comes in 7-4 on the year and ranked 24th in the country. The Trojans are doubly dangerous at home where they are 4-1 and beat Utah here. USC has also though been up and down yes the opening win over Utah was a shocker but before that game they dropped a bad one to BYU.
After the upset of Utah they went on the road and lost to the Huskies and their ended their dreams of a big Trojans season. USC has won two straight since getting spanked by a Notre Dame team who was not in the mood to play as they dropped that game 30-27 final score does not indicate how they were outplayed on the field.

USC is playing for a marquee bowl game and a win here should give them a good shot at that. Look for their wide receivers lead by Michael Pittman Jr to have a huge game as USC wins this game 49-7.
