Both teams have major changes on both side of the field. Although Ball State will have a new quarterback, Drew Plitt played well as the backup in 2018 and will have an array of wide receivers back and a graduate transfer at running back in Walter Fletcher who rushed for over 1,700 yards last season. Indiana has a quarterback battle on its hands and that could create problems early. Final Score Prediction, Indiana Hoosiers win but fail to cover ATS 37-24
