San Diego State is lead but their defense and top defensive player Luq Barcoo who has 8 interceptions and 16 passes broken up this season look for him to shine in the New Mexico Bowl on Saturday. Central Michigan comes in off a hell of a letdown loss losing the MAC championship to Miami Ohio.
Central Michigan has had a nice turnaround from recent seasons. Up until the loss to Miami Ohio Central Michigan had won 6 of their last 7 games and also had some nice conference showings. Look for first year head coach Jim McElwain to have his team well prepared in this game coming up on December 21st.
