Penn State will face a stronger defense against Buffalo than in its opener against Idaho, but it should not make much difference in the final outcome. The Nittany Lions have assembled a strong offense that will only get better as the season goes on and new quarterback Sean Clifford becomes more comfortable in the pocket. Lay the four touchdowns and take the home chalk. Final Score Prediction, Penn State Nittany Lions win and cover ATS 56-14
